What’s your return policy?

At Mickeysleep, we believe great rest changes everything — and we guarantee that our products will improve your sleep. That’s why every Mickeysleep item (except those purchased during limited-time promotions) comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee.

If your Mickeysleep product doesn’t work for you for any reason, you’re fully covered. Simply reach out to our customer care team through our contact page and let them know why it didn’t meet your needs. They’ll provide you with a prepaid return label by email, and once we’ve received the item in good condition and its original packaging, we’ll issue you a full refund for the product price.

Please note: shipping fees (if any were paid) cannot be refunded, as they are charged directly by our delivery partners. In addition, all products purchased during limited-time promotions (Black Friday, clearance events, etc.) are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

What’s your warranty policy?

At Mickeysleep, we proudly stand behind the quality of everything we make.

If you experience a manufacturing defect or find that the quality of your Mickeysleep product isn’t up to standard, just let us know within 6 months of purchase. We’ll happily replace your item with a brand new one, free of charge.

To start a warranty claim, simply contact our customer care team through our contact page and explain the issue. Please note that we can only replace the exact product you originally purchased.

Can I exchange my order for another item?

Yes — as a Mickeysleep customer, you may request a product exchange as long as the new item is the same price as your original purchase. Exchanges are limited to one per order, and once an exchange is processed, the order is no longer eligible for a refund.

Please note: products purchased during limited-time promotions (such as Black Friday or holiday sales) are not eligible for exchanges. Additionally, shipping fees for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
